How do you feel personal happiness?

There is no syrup or any kinds of pills that could bring you pleasure and make you feel happy. It is only that happiness flows within you.

Chinese believe that anybody, including you, of course, could achieve personal happiness when s/he gets some objects around her or him. But, you know what? This is not only limited to Chinese.

Africans were the first humans to believe in the secret power of some objects to bring happiness. Just have a look at their folklore, or see what they wear or hang around their necks, wrists, waists, ears and feet.

They also connect happiness with fortune. They think those objects make you lucky, so you could somehow become wealthy. Then being wealthy mean that you will live happy. It is of course some stories those people tell in this regard, but nothing has proved to be logical.

In some rare cases that might have not been occurred by luck, an object such as your pair of shoes could be used for a spiritual unseen (down elf) to put money under them. Some people there believe in what we can call the underground mythological spirit that does that work.

But, the work should be done upon concentration. You relax and get deep inside you thinking of that power, until you forget everything in your surroundings, indulge all your feelings to concentrate on that mythological spirit, and when he approaches, you feel his presence, your sweat runs and you may tremble until he disappears.

In a world ruled by superstition, such beliefs are welcomed and simple people always think of achieving personal happiness using those mythological spiritual media.

They believe also using some other objects, burning them on fire, or chewing them give them the strength. These objects are specially used by men to get that strength to enjoy long moments with their wives and achieve personal happiness through long sexual period.

This works as those nowadays well known prescriptions of happiness pills, or ecstasy pills, or prolonged sex treatments and some organs enlargement products.

But, it is certainly that you will never achieve personal happiness by doing such things. Happiness is an inside feeling that indulges itself in you to make you happy because you have performed something or received something that makes the pleasant emotion rise, connect between your mental and emotional senses and organs and run through them in your body.

It has nothing to do with magic. It is the direct result of something that you have done and enjoyed or other person you know has done either for himself or for you or something the natures has done while you were in connection with it.

However, many people still search for it in the ancient wisdom, or spirituals, or transformation, or wealth. They forget that it resides deep inside them and all that it needs to explode, so somebody could feel the joy, when something around or even far away that has connection with him happens.

In fact, many people feel it continuously, when they feel that they have good health, good jobs, good family and good future. Others feel it because they are content of what they have, even if they feel lacking something. Those good people have faith on the power that gives them their fortunes.

But, what about other people who keep looking for their personal happiness?
